How Clients Access Funding (Clear Stages & SLAs)
- Stage 1 – Application (Day 0) – Apply online or in-branch with basic KYC; pick product and tenor.
- Stage 2 – Pre-Screen (≤24 hrs) – Completeness check, bureau consent, preliminary score.
- Stage 3 – Credit & Due Diligence (24–72 hrs) – Bank-statement and cashflow analysis; collateral/guarantee review; where applicable, site or anchor verification.
- Stage 4 – Approval & Offer (≤24 hrs post-DD) – Credit Committee decision; offer letter with pricing, fees, covenants.
- Stage 5 – Documentation & Disbursement (Same/Next Business Day) – Execution of agreements, security perfection (as required), swift disbursement to client or vendor.
- Stage 6 – Monitoring & Repayment (Lifecycle) – Digital repayment (direct debit/standing order/USSD); portfolio monitoring; client support.
SLAs are indicative and depend on product, ticket size, documentation quality, and verification outcomes.
Eligibility & Documentation
General (all products)
- Completed application form; valid ID; passport photo; proof of address; 6–12 months bank statements; credit-bureau consent.
SME & Trade Finance - CAC docs, TIN, evidence of business activity (invoices, LPOs, contracts), basic financials/cashflow, guarantors/security (case-by-case).
Payroll-Backed - Employment/confirmation letter; payslips (3–6 months); employer consent or irrevocable salary domiciliation; IPPIS/state payroll details (for civil service).
Asset/Equipment Finance - Proforma invoice; title docs; valuation (as needed); insurance.
Agric
Proof of farm ownership/lease or aggregator agreement; production plan; past yields/sales (if available).
